English Summary/英文概要: This is not what I wanted. The natural principles of personal growth versus the myth of success based on objectives. We’ve been convinced that growth means climbing, running, and always pushing ourselves further. That success is a peak to be scaled through willpower, sacrificing our time and our authenticity. But what if this weren’t the case? What if true transformation required no effort, but listening? In this book, Enzo Celli invites us to stop chasing ideal versions of ourselves and return to our deepest nature. With an intimate and direct voice, the author dismantles the toxic myths of modern personal development—the obsession with results, the violent exit from the comfort zone, fear seen as an enemy—and restores a forgotten wisdom. Through reflections and personal stories, we discover that in nature nothing happens suddenly: crises are not failures, but vital thresholds where an old form makes room for the new; growth is not a straight line upward, but a root that reaches down to give us stability. And to accompany this journey, the book offers some "nature gestures" at the end of each chapter: simple and powerful practices that help bring intuitions from the mind to the body. This volume is not a manual for achieving success or inner balance, but a roadmap for rediscovering our uniqueness and authenticity. Because true success is not measured by how high we reach, but by the ability to never betray ourselves along the way.
