English Summary/英文概要： Did I Mention I Miss You? takes place the following summer, and a year has passed without Eden and Tyler talking to each other. Eden has moved to Chicago to study psychology at university and has found a new love interest there while she remains furious at Tyler for leaving her. When school breaks up for the summer, she heads back to Santa Monica, but she’s not the only one with that idea. Tyler also decides to show up in the city after his abrupt departure a year ago and we discover that he has been living in Portland the entire time, setting up a youth group to support teenagers and helping prevent them going off the rails like he did. His sudden appearance only angers Eden even more.

Did I Mention I Miss You? focuses more on the strength of their relationship rather than their fear of not being accepted by society. Despite breaking up with Eden, Tyler still hasn’t been able to get over her and he struggles to convince her to forgive him. The final instalment of the trilogy is full of ups and downs as they try to figure out where they stand with each other.

The majority of Did I Mention I Miss You? is set in Portland and when Eden finally forgives Tyler, they go up against their parents one last time. Eden’s father still refuses to accept their relationship and Eden is forced to make a split second decision between Tyler or her family, because she can’t have both. The trilogy concludes with Eden choosing Tyler. They make their way back to Portland together and Eden plans to transfer schools so that they don’t have to be separated again. They no longer care what society thinks and are finally together, but they have had to make a lot of sacrifices in order to get to that point.
