About the Author/作者介绍: 黎万强,小米科技联合创始人。2010-2012年,负责MIUI手机操作系统。2011年至今,任小米网负责人,负责小米的市场营销、电商和服务。原金山词霸总经理,曾任金山软件设计中心设计总监,建立了国内最早的软件用户体验设计团队。新营销旗手,参与感、手机控、F码、米粉节等互联网热词的创造者。曾被《财富》评为“中国40岁以下的商界精英”,获得《第一财经周刊》评选的“2013中国商业创新50人”,获得光华龙腾奖2013年第九届“中国设计十大杰出青年”。

Li Wanqiang, co-founder of Xiaomi Inc. In 2010-2012, Li was responsible for the mobile operating system of MIUI. From 2011 till now, Li has been in charge of website, marketing, E-commerce and service of Xiaomi. Li is the former general manager of Kingsoft Dictionary. He once served as the director of Kingsoft Software Design Center, and established the first domestic team for software users’ experience. He is a banner of new marketing, and the creator of such Internet “in” words as a sense of participation, F-code and the festival of Mi fans. He was elected by the magazine Fortune as a “Chinese Business Elite Under 40”, and by CBNweekly as one of “China’s Top 50 Business Innovators”. He also won the 9th “Guanghua Dragon Award--China Design Industry Ten Outstanding Youth Award” in 2009.
