About the Author/作者介绍： 杨少龙，1965年出生于青岛。曾先后在华为、美国戴尔等企业从事财务、营销、管理和培训工作。自2008年起致力于华为发展史的梳理、写作以及华为企业文化、市场战略、自主研发、流程变革、国际化和任正非管理思想、经营哲学等课题的研究。

Yang Shaolong, born in Qingdao in 1965, had extensive experiences in financing, marketing, management and training positions in Huawei, Dell and other companies. Since 2008, he started to devote himself to combing through and compiling the history of Huawei, digging into research topics including its enterprise culture, marketing strategy, independent R&D, process change and internalization, as well as the management and business philosophies of Ren Zhengfei.
