About the Author/作者介绍： 王健林，生于1954年，大连万达集团董事长，中国杰出地产企业家及慈善家。2015年3月2日，在福布斯发布的2015年全球富豪榜中，王健林以242亿美元荣登中国内地首富，全球排名第29名。1986年从部队转业，进入大连市西岗区人民政府任办公室主任，1989年担任大连万达集团股份有限公司董事长至今。他是中共十七大代表、第十一届全国政协常委、第十一届全国工商联副主席，兼任中国民间商会副会长、中国企业联合会副会长、中国企业家协会副会长、中国商业联合会副会长、中国慈善联合会副会长等职。他曾获得过商业以及慈善界的诸多奖项，曾两次荣获中国中央电视台年度经济人物，三次荣获由国家民政部颁发的中华慈善奖“最具爱心慈善捐赠个人”称号等。“人生最求的最高境界是精神追求，企业经营的最高层次是经营文化”是他信仰的人生哲学。

Wang Jianlin, born in 1954, is the Chairman of the Dalian Wanda Group. He is known as an outstanding entrepreneur and philanthropist in mainland China. He leads the first of 213 mainland Chinese on 2015 Forbes Billionaires List, and has estimated wealth soared to $24.2 billion this year, ranking No. 29 in general list. He served in the Army since 1970, and was appointed Office Director of the Xigang District Government in Dalian in 1986. He has become Chairman of the Dalian Wanda Group - Chinese largest commercial real estate developer, since 1989. He was a member of the 11th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Standing Committee; and he served as a deputy to the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Vice Chairman of the 11th Congress of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and currently serves as Vice President of the All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce, Vice Chairman of the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Enterprise Directors Association, Vice Chairman of the China General Chamber of Commerce, and Vice Chairman of China Charity Alliance. He has been honored with several awards for achievements in business and corporate social responsibility. He has been twice named CCTV’s Chinese Economic Person of the Year and received three China Charity Awards from the Ministry of Civil Affairs in 2005, 2008 and 2013. In 2013, he was awarded the title of Honorary President of the China Charity Federation. His philosophy of life is ‘the highest pursuit in life is that of the spiritual, the highest level of business management is business culture’.
