DANA JACOBI trained as a chef in Paris and has authored 12 cookbooks (including six titles for Williams-Sonoma). She has written a syndicated food column,Something Different, since 1997 for the American Institute for Cancer Research, and numerous articles that have appeared in O Magazine, Cooking Light, The New York Times and other publications. She also consults with food companies, creating recipes and website content. Dana began her well regarded blog (DanaDish.tumblr.com) in 2010 after blogging for Prevention magazine. Dana lives in New York City.
