The book also points out that a national intellectual capital plan is necessary to be established timely, for “National intellectual capital is the core ability to connect the world.” >From this we may raise the question of whether China will take “Internet+” as the “new starting line” to achieve further development?
This book is based on “action”, depicting the path of action from the perspective of the country, the industries, the Internet industry, enterprises and individuals and observes and analyses the situation in a systematic, comprehensive and thorough way. It creatively summarizes “Internet+” into six characteristics: interdisciplinary integration, innovation promotion, structural remodeling, respect for human nature, open ecosystem and connection of all. It states clear that China’s New Normal has to survive out of trials and tribulations, to build and combine the four consensus and to adhere to the “Four Principles of Perseverance“ when forcing reform; it sorts the nine major strategic aims of the plan of “Internet + Action” and the Four Cardinal Principles, depicting 11 signposts for the road map of the “Internet + Action”; it also interprets the seven trends of the “Internet + financial “mode ; generalizes the six characteristics of connector business and draws up “Roadmap 1.0 for the Building of the Enterprises’ Connecting Power”. It is the experiment of knowledge and thought innovation, combined with both government and industries in a creative way, dominated by the industry, driven by the future and based on human nature. It regarded social value innovation as its goal and integrated interdisciplinary industrial community with academia. Also, it is an effective attempt of civil think tanks and government’s co-governance, industrial revolution and development transition.

全书落脚“行动”,系统、全面、透彻地从国家、行业、互联网产业、企业乃至个体的角度洞察解构、描绘行动路径;创造性地将互联网+时代概括为六大特征:跨界融合,创新驱动,重塑结构,尊重人性,开放生态,连接一切;明确“新常态”要“过五关”,要凝聚融合“四大共识”,在倒逼改革上要保持“五个坚定不移”;梳理了互联网+行动计划的“九大战略目标”,行动的“四项基本原则”,刻画出互联网+行动路线图的“11个路标”;解读了“互联网+金融的七大趋势“;概况了连接器企业的六大特征,提出了企业“连接力塑造路线图1.0”。
