About the Author/作者介绍： 阿根廷•艾斯塔尼斯劳•巴克拉克 （布宜诺斯 艾利斯，1971年）拥有布宜诺斯艾利斯大学分子生物学博士学位。他在法国的蒙彼利埃大学完成了他的论文。此外，他持有托尔夸托•迪特拉大学的工商管理硕士学位，并且他现在在该校教创新和领导课程。他还在哈佛大学教了五年的书和做研究。如今，他也是不同的国家和国际组织的创新和创意顾问。他也是《灵活》（机智）的作者。
Argentina Estanislao Bachrach (Buenos Aires, 1971) has a PhD in Molecular Biology by the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He wrote his thesis in the Universidad de Montpellier, in France. Moreover, he holds a masters degree in Business Management by the Torcuato Di Tella University where he currently teaches a course on Innovation and Leadership. He also spent fi ve years teaching and investigating at Harvard University. Nowadays, he also works as an innovation and creativity advisor for different national and international organizations. He is also the author of ágilMente (Ready Wit).
