I feel this cleanse was meant for me since I really love tea. It was easy to follow. My schedule kept me from doing the cleanse the entire 7 days. I completed 5 days on the cleanse losing 4 pounds and 1 inch from my waist. The only question that wasn’t answered in the book was if it was okay to drink more than the required amounts of tea. I assumed it was. I plan on doing another Tea Cleanse in the near future. I like how the author states that this doesn’t have to be for seven days, you could do it over a long weekend if that is all the time you have. It was also nice to try some of the recipes for food and smoothies included in the book. The ones I tried were delicious. This cleanse gave me a chance to try different teas...it got me out of my tea comfy zone.There is a lot of good information in this book on different teas and herbs. I still drink a tea cleansing smoothie nearly everyday.
