About the Author/作者介绍： 姚文平，现任德邦证券有限责任公司董事长、德邦基金管理有限公司董事长。曾经在南京大学任教，并先后在华泰证券、东海证券工作。曾任中国证券业协会信息技术委员会委员、中国证券业协会第四届理事会理事、中国金融标准化委员会证券分委员会委员等，现为中国证券业协会人力资源专业委员会副主任委员、上海新金融研究院创始理事等。
姚文平先后在南京大学地球科学系、经济学系学习，获得理学学士及经济学硕士学位。发表学术论文及研究报告120多篇，出版《网上证券交易——战略规划与业务拓展》等专著三部，译著一部，参编著作多部，曾获深圳证券交易所第二届会员研究成果评选一等奖，中国证券业协会科研课题一等奖（“网上证券经纪公司的设立与监管”一文），2007年中国证券期货业科学技术奖最佳创新奖等多个奖项。
姚文平在网上证券交易、资产证券化、私募基金的基金（TOT，信托的信托）、财富管理等方面开创了一系列开拓性的工作。
