About the Author/作者介绍： 张曙光 经济学教授，中国社会科学院经济研究所研究员、教授、博士生导师，北京天则经济研究所学术委员会主席，北京大学法律经济研究中心主任，浙江大学民营经济研究中心学术委员会主席，中国经济50人论坛专家。主要研究领域：宏观经济理论和政策、制度和制度变迁理论。发表论文数百篇，出版著作20多部，英俄文译著5部（篇）。主要著作和论文有《经济结构和经济效果》、《公有制宏观经济理论大纲》（副主笔）、（《中国贸易保护代价的测算》（合作）、《制度主体行为》、《经济自由与思想自由》、《中国转型中的制度结构与变迁》、《张曙光文选》（五卷）等。
Zhang Shuguang is a Professor of Economics. A researcher, professor, doctoral supervisor at the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Science; officer at the Law & Economics Research Centre of the Beijing University, Chairman of the Academic Committee at the privately operated research center of Zhejiang University; an expert in the China Economics 50 Forum. His key research area covers, macroeconomics theory and policies, systems and theory of institutional change. He has published hundreds of academic papers and over 20 books, five of which have been translated into English and Russian.
