·所谓思想解放就是你原来不敢想的现在敢想了。现在我们所想的都是原来想过的，甚至还有些原来想过的现在都不敢想了。改革只是一个口号，这是不行的。
·中国现在的问题恰恰是因为监管太多。政府的管制太多，破坏了市场本身有序运作的功能，破坏了市场本来有的声誉机制，市场上就存在很多不健康的东西。

About the Author/作者介绍： 张维迎，北京大学经济学教授，中国企业家论坛首席经济学家。1959年出生于陕西省吴堡县。1982年西北大学经济学本科毕业，1984年获西北大学经济学硕士学位。1992年获牛津大学经济学硕士学位，1994年获牛津大学经济学博士学位。1984~1990年曾在国家体改委工作。
他是国内最早提出并系统论证双轨制价格改革思路的学者。他的企业理论、有关企业改革的理论成果，以及有关市场化经济改革的理论分析和政策主张，在经济学理论界、政府有关部门和企业界有广泛影响，经常成为媒体关注的焦点。
2000年获国家自然科学基金“杰出青年基金”；2002年当选为“CCTV中国经济年度人物”；2008年入选“中国改革30年经济30人”；2011年，因对双轨制价格改革的开创性研究获得第四届“中国经济理论创新奖”。2013被网易财经评为“年度最具影响力经济学家”。
近年来出版的著作包括《什么改变中国》《博弈与社会》《市场的逻辑》《改革》《产权、激励与公司治理》《竞争力与企业成长》《价格、市场与企业家》等。
