Gary Carmell is President of CWS Capital Partners LLC, an investment management firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of apartment communities throughout the country. Gary joined CWS in 1987 and has been instrumental in growing the company’s asset base from $500 million to nearly $3.0 billion.
Originally from Chicago, Gary has a B.A. from UCLA and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He is a CFA Charterholder, member of the Young President’s Organization, and provides frequent commentary and speaks periodically to CWS’ 700+ investors. He currently resides in Tustin, CA with his wife and two children.
