About the Author/作者介绍： Natale Ghent is an award-winning journalist and the author of No Small Thing, soon to be published by Candlewick Press in the US and Walker Books in the UK. Recently nominated for the Silver Birch Award, No Small Thing became a Top Ten Spring Book Pick by Susan Perren at The Globe and Mail and was shortlisted for the Canadian Library Association’s Book of the Year for Children Award. Her first novel, Piper, was chosen for several "best of" lists, including Our Choice 2001, the Canadian Children’s Book Centre’s annual guide to children’s literature, and the Pennsylvania School Library Association’s Young Adult Top Forty. Born in Brookfield, Illinois, Natale Ghent moved to Canada as a small child. She lives with her family in Toronto.
