About the Author/作者介绍： Ursula Männle (Minister of State, ret.) studied political science, sociology and history in Munich and Regensburg and after attaining her habilitation she became Professor of Social Service in Munich. 1979/80 and 1983-1994 she was a member of the German Bundestag and 1994-1998 Bavarian Minister of State for Federal Affairs. 2000-2013 she was a member of the Bavarian Parliament. Since 2008 she is honorary consul of Morocco, since 2009 chairwoman of the Regional Association of the Palatinates in Bavaria and since 2014 chairwoman of the Hanns-Seidel-Stifung.
