About the Author/作者介绍： 米兰达•穆里亚纳是在新加坡注册的心理学家，是美国威廉•格拉瑟研究所认证的理论/现实疗法医师。她目前居住在德克萨斯州的达拉斯，作为全职母亲，在选择理论/现实治疗圈中也保持活跃。她还在亚洲各地的组织发展项目中工作，为企业客户提供咨询、辅导和危机管理服务。

艾琳•姬特•费•林(博士)是一位职场妈妈，也是一位在新加坡居住的心理学家。作为一名注册心理学家，同时也是新加坡心理学家、新加坡社会心理学会、威廉•格拉瑟研究所的实习导师、国家教育学院的教职员、南洋理工大学的教员，她为现场工作培养了职前教师和实习心理学家。在她的临床实践中，她直接与儿童、青少年和成人一起工作，并向职业心理学家/咨询师提供临床指导。

Miranda Mulyana (MOrgPsych) is a Registered Psychologist in Singapore and Choice Theory/Reality Therapy Certified with the William Glasser Institute, USA. She is currently residing in Dallas, Texas as a full-time mother, and remains active in the Choice Theory/Reality Therapy circles. She has also worked in Organisational Development projects across Asia, providing counselling, coaching and crisis management services to corporate clients.

Irena Kit Phey Ling (PhD) is a working mother and practicing psychologist residing in Singapore. As a Registered Psychologist and Approved Supervisor with the Singapore Register of Psychologists, Singapore Psychological Society, Practicum Supervisor with the William Glasser Institute, and faculty member of the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, she prepares pre-service teachers and trainee psychologists for fieldwork. In her clinical practice, she works directly with children, adolescents and adults, and provides clinical supervision to professional psychologists/counsellors.
