WILL WILLIAMS is the founding teacher at Will
Williams Meditation. He works as a programme
director for One Giant Mind, a global charity
dedicated to promoting all forms of meditation
and researching their effects on individuals and
society. He started meditating eight years ago,
after experiencing protracted stress-related
insomnia. After training in India, he became a
teacher in order to share the benefits with as
many people as possible. As part of his
coaching work, he has worked with Spotify,
Universal Pictures, American Express, the BBC,
TripAdvisor and Channel 4. Will runs highly
popular retreats and has recently launched the
Meditation Timer app. This year he led the
London celebrations for World Meditation Day
at the London Eye.
