About the Author/作者介绍： 哈桑•马苏迪(Hassan Massoudy)出生于伊拉克纳杰夫，1969年移居法国，在巴黎高等艺术学院(L Ecole des Beaux-Arts)学习。他的作品已在欧洲和中东各地展出，并被大英博物馆和约旦国家美术馆等永久收藏。

Hassan Massoudy was born in Najaf, Iraq. He moved to France in 1969, where he studied at L’Ecole des Beaux-Arts. His work has been exhibited throughout Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, and is housed in the permanent collections of the British Museum and the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts, among others. Nineteen books of his calligraphy have been published in France, where he lives. His other works available in the English language include The Calligrapher’s Garden
