    About the Author/作者介绍: Jonathan R. Crawshaw is Senior Lecturer and Director of the Research Degrees Programmes in Aston Business School, Aston University. Jonathan’s research and teaching interests include organisational justice, behavioural ethics and careers, and he has published in leading academic journals on these interests. He is currently Associate Editor of Social Justice Research and Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Management. He has also guest edited special issues for the Journal of Business Ethics, Human Relations and the Thunderbird International Business Review.
