About the Author/作者介绍： Ken Ring,a former maths teacher,is the author of 14 books on weather and climate in New Zealand,including the Weather Almanacs since 1999.Other Books have been THE MAORI FISHING CALENDAR,SECRETS OF THE MOON,MOON AND WEATHERLORE,WEATHER HANDBOOK and PREDICTING WEATHER BY THE MOON.
Ken began his business of Predict Weather Ltd in 2002 to supply farmers with something more useful than a day-before forecasting system,so they could plan ahead with confidence.
Ken Ring曾担任数学老师，撰写过14本关于天气和气候的书在新西兰出版，包括1999年初版的《天气历书》。其他的还有《毛利人钓鱼历法》、《月亮的秘密》、《月亮和天气的学问》、《天气手册》和《看月亮预测天气》。
