About the Author/作者介绍： 許道依 (Darien Hsu Gee) 筆名金宓雅 (Mia King)，作品是當代女性小說。 她出生於 美國，1979年 - 1983年住在香港，1993年 - 1996年， 在中國北京工作， 就職於國 際財務公司普華會計師事務所，并任北京美國商會董事，也是京城俱樂部的會員。父親是浙江省杭州人，母親來自山東省青島市。作者現与丈夫朱建寧 (Darrin Gee), 和兩個孩子朱上仁 (Maya)和朱上雄 (Eric) 定居夏威夷。 他們定期返回中國 探望 親友。丈夫也是作家，特別是心靈高爾夫球的專家.
Mia King graduated from Wellesley College and attended graduate school at Rice University. She now lives in Hawaii where she founded Women Write, a creative writing workshop based in Hawaii and California. She is hard at work on her second novel.
