English Summary/英文概要： Lindsay O’Neil is the director of Sanctuary Women’s Shelter; and she has dedicated her life to helping women who are trapped in violent relationships. Lindsay’s father abused and murdered her mother twelve years ago; and that is why she became involved with the shelter.
Someone has started to kill off the husbands of the women in Lindsay’s shelter. The killer has sent Lindsay notes and gifts, to let her know that he is watching her like a guardian angel. Initially, Lindsay does not link the gifts to the killings; but when her ex-husband, Detective Zack Kier is assigned to the case, sparks reignite between them; and the gifts that Lindsay now receives are sordid and twisted. Lindsay realizes that she must face the killer’s wrath…and the killer in clearly out of control.
