About the Author/作者介绍： 玛丽莲•荷沃德•米尔斯（Marilyn Heward Mills），生于瑞士，在加纳长大，父亲是加纳人，母亲是瑞士人。她的首部小说《布衣女孩》（Cloth Girl）入围了哥斯达黎加优秀小说奖。本书是她的第二部作品。

Marilyn Heward Mills was born Switzerland and brought up in Ghana, the daughter of Ghanaian father and a Swiss mother. Her first novel, Cloth Girl, was shortlisted for the Costa First Novel Award. The Association of Foreign Spouses is her second novel.
