About the Author/作者介绍： Nina Grunfeld set up Affordable Life Coaching in 2004, providing coaching in groups, thus reducing cost, and offering participants many other advantages-mutual support, a chance to share ideas, meet new people. There are now groups around the UK, and Affordable Life Coaching also offers one-to-one, business and tele-coaching.
Nina lives in London with her husband and four children.
