About the Author/作者介绍： Dr. Wolfgang Staudt is a freelanced wine teacher, author and consultant with the WSET, Diploma in Wine and Spirits, and he is one of the short-handed wine connoisseurs in Germany with the certificate Weinakademiker. Since 1995 he organises workshops and trainings („Dr. Staudt Weinseminare“). Furthermore he is consultant at the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE), at the German School of Wines and Sommeliers in Koblenz and the Hessian Association of Hotel and Catering in Darmstadt. He writes for several daily newspapers and professional magazines about wine..
