About the Author/作者介绍： Claire Arrowsmith是宠物行为辅导协会的正式会员，持有动物学荣誉学位、应用动物行为和福利硕士学位。

She worked with rescue dogs and was the behaviourist at Hearing Dogs for Deaf People before beginning her own behaviour practice. She now focuses on behaviour problems in pet dogs and cats and also offers training advice. Claire is a qualified Puppy School tutor and runs popular dog training classes and is the specialist behaviourist for Houndstar Films DVDs on dog breed information. She features in her own Puppy Training, Trick Training and Banishing Bad Behaviour DVDs. Claire features on the expert panel of Your Dog magazine providing answers to readers’ questions and presents regular advisory talks about problem dogs. Claire has shared her home with a multitude of pets including hamsters, rats, cats and dogs and was brought up in the Highlands of Scotland surrounded by a range of farm animals, working dogs and wildlife which fuelled her love of, and interest in, all animal behaviour.
