About the Author/作者介绍： Amanda Smyth是一名爱尔兰裔特立尼达拉岛人。她于2000年在东英吉利大学读完创意写作专业后，获得了文学硕士学位。她的短篇小说曾经在“新写作”，“伦敦杂志”这些杂志上发表过。她的一部分系列小说“爱与失”曾作为广播小说在第4电台里播放过。Amanda Smyth is Irish/Trinidadian. She completed an MA in Creative Writing at UEA in 2000. Her short stories have been published in New Writing, London Magazine, and broadcast on Radio 4 as part of a series called Love and Loss. Her first novel, Black Rock [9781846687020], was published by Serpent’s Tail in 2009.
