About the Author/作者介绍: DK Holland is an award-winning writer, strategist, and creative director. Until 2001, she was a partner in the Pushpin Group, an internationally acclaimed desigh and illustration firm. She is currently the principal of DK Holland, LLC, a nonprofit brand identity consultancy in New York, DK serves on the board of directors of Governance Matters, formerly the Alliance for Nonprofit Governance, and teaches in the graduate school for nonprofit management of the New School. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
