About the Author/作者介绍: Christabel Zamor has been teaching sold-out hooping classes since 2001 and performing hoop dance internationally for clients such as Cirque du Soleil and Universal Pictures. She trains and licenses HoopGirl Workout to instructors in gyms across the country.
