About the Author/作者介绍： Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (27 January 1832 – 14 January 1898), better known by the pen name Lewis Carroll, was an English author, mathematician, logician, Anglican deacon and photographer. His most famous writings are Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and its sequel Through the Looking-Glass as well as the poems "The Hunting of the Snark" and "Jabberwocky", all examples of the genre of literary nonsense. He is noted for his facility at word play, logic, and fantasy, and there are societies dedicated to the enjoyment and promotion of his works and the investigation of his life in many parts of the world including the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
刘易斯•卡罗尔是英国数学家、逻辑学家、摄影家和小说家。原名C.L.道奇森。他12岁时开始写作，年轻时就读于约克郡的里士满学校和拉格比公学。1850年被牛津大学基督堂学院录取，毕业后任数学讲师，直至退休。
