About the Author/作者介绍： Michael Bond，为「帕丁顿小熊」系列作品的作者。从1958年首次发表A Bear Called Paddington后，便以此角色塑造家喻户晓的知名小熊。1997年荣获BBC颁发大英帝国儿童文学奖章，2007年获瑞丁大学Reading University颁赠荣誉文学博士学位。目前与妻子Sue居住在英国伦敦
