About the Author/作者介绍： International Self Improvement guru Lilou, a.k.a. ’Big L’, believes that we can create anything we want using the power of our thoughts (as revealed in The Secret). Drawn to the USA from France, she used the Law of Attraction to co-found the ’100-Day Reality Challenge’ community, build a following of thousands of YouTubers (Youtube username: liloumace), and meet Oprah Winfrey, someone she greatly admires. Lilou’s mission and vision is to help millions of people to live a joyful and fulfilled life. Lilou was born in Santa Barbara, California, in August 1977, of French parents. She grew up in Nantes, France, and, after graduating from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and ESC La Rochelle (France) with a BA in European Business Studies, returned to the United States, where she lived from November 2000 to July 2008.
