About the Author/作者介绍： Joyce Hackett studied at Wellesley, the University of Milan and Harvard, and she holds an MFA in fiction from Columbia. Her work has appeared in a variety of publications in the US and abroad, including the Paris Review, London Magazine, the Chicago Tribune, the Boston Review, Salon and the Berlin daily, Der Tagesspiegel. She lives in New York and Berlin.
