About the Author/作者介绍: 簡•陽戈(Jan Yager),紐約城市大學社會學博士,《美國的單身生活》(Single in America)作者,1984年與弗萊德結婚,婚後生活幸福,倆人的相遇與125條法則頗有淵源。他的《當友情出現裂縫》(When Friendship Hurts)等書被譯成多種語言,此外,他還是專業演說家及人生教練。她受邀上過奧普拉等各種節目。

Dr. Jan Yager has a Ph.D. in sociology from the City University of New York. Author of the classic "Single in America" (Atheneum, 1980), Dr. Yager has been happily married since 1984 to Fred Yager, a communications executive and writer, whom she met by applying the principles that she advocates in "125 Ways to Meet the Love of Your Life." Yager’s books, including "When Friendship Hurts" and "Friendshifts" have been translated into more than a dozen languages; she has been interviewed on numerous talk shows including "Oprah," "The Today Show," "Good Morning, America," and "Sunday Morning." A professional speaker and coach, Yager has taught at colleges and universities including the University of Connecticut, Penn State, and The New School.
