About the Author/作者介绍: Pam Ahuja was born in New Delhi, India in 1944. She grew up and was educated in New Delhi acquiring M.A. Economics. After getting married in 1964 Pam moved to U.S.A. In U.S.A. she worked with American Peace Corps as Language Co-ordinator for seven years and authored a Language Manual and a Cultural Training Manual. These manuals were widely used in Peace Programs for India. While in U.S.A., Pam associated herself with ‘Sears’ department store and worked there for twenty years in retail management. She was a manager to whom people looked upto and gave her examples for being an excellent saleswoman. Her experiences of retail helped and encouraged her to pen this book. DISTINGUISHING FEATURES
