It was then acquired by HarperCollins who published it as COULD IT BE MAGIC?, and has now been published in six countries, with film rights optioned.
She now lives in Surrey with her husband and four sons, who, along with many of the children she has cared for, provide much inspiration for her books.
COMING HOME is Melanie’s second novel. She is currently writing her third.
