About the Author/作者介绍： Paramahamsa Nithyananda is the living Enlightened Master of the 21st century. Born in the holy city of Tiruvannamalai in Tamil Nadu, South India on the 1st January 1978, his spiritual awakening began when he was just three years old. In the course of his childhood there came into his life learned yogis, teachers and mentors, interaction with who kindled his inherent knowledge of spiritual and yogic practices.
