About the Author/作者介绍： Marta Morazzoni was born in Milan in 1950 and lives in Gallarate, where she is teacher of Literature in a High School. Graduated in Philosophy at the Milan University, she has been regular contributor of theatre magazines. With Il Caso Courrier she won the Premio Campiello. She published with Longanesi La ragazza col Turbante (1986) which made her famous and was widely translated abroad; L’invenzione della verità (1988); Casa materna (1992); L’Estuario (1996); Il caso Courrier (1997) Una lezione di stile (2002); Un incontro inatteso per il consigliere Goethe (2005) and, with Guanda, La città del desiderio, Amsterdam (2006).
