English Summary/英文概要： Benjamin Constable lives alone in Paris. His best friends are Cat, his imaginary companion and the beautiful, enigmatic Tomomi Ishikawa, his partner in crime. Together Tomomi and Ben hang out in smoky Paris bars, laughing, talking and drinking. Then one day Tomomi disappears. She has written Ben a letter which seems to signal a farewell. It is also the first clue in what becomes a treasure hunt through hidden Paris and on to New York which slowly reveals the secrets of Tomomi’s past. And Ben finds himself being drawn into a dark world in which the boundaries between the real and the surreal become increasingly blurred.

About the Author/作者介绍： 本杰明•康斯坦布（Benjamin Constable）生于英国，20岁以后方能读写。他干过录音艺术家、演播工程师，32岁念了个写作学位，目前住在巴黎，一边写作、教英语、为广告代理写副本。
Benjamin Constable was born in the UK. He had difficulty with literacy and didn’t start reading or writing until he was in his 20s. He worked as a recording artist and studio engineer for several years and at 32 studied for a degree in creative writing. He now lives in Paris where he writes fiction, teaches English and writes copy for an advertising agency.
