English Summary/英文概要： Socri is a lovely sheepdog who loves his job and is loyal to his master. One day, the master decides to sell off the flock to a multinational, and Socri is left unemployed. He has a personal crisis and ventures out into the woods in search of Coach, following a little bird’s directions.

Along the way, Socri meets a lion called King, who is also going through a personal crisis, as he no longer has complete control of the woods. King joins Socri in his quest and after a few days they meet a snake named Konfi. At first, King is suspicious of the snake, who carries with him bitter feelings about the past, but after the three of them make an effort to trust one another, they continue on their journey peacefully. They will also meet a mole, who is a bit lazy but guides them to Coach’s lair. Coach, they discover, is a patient owl.

The owl acts as a true coach, and makes the four friends see their weaknesses and obstacles, and ways to overcome them. Socri has to find new meaning in his life; King learn to be more humble and trust others; and the mole to take control of his life. Once Coach rounds up his personalised lessons in the form of metaphors, he disappears into the woods knowing the four animals have regained control of their lives.

Socri是隻討喜的牧羊犬，熱愛牠的工作，對主人忠心耿耿。但是有一天，主人決定把羊群賣給另一家大企業，這樣一來，Socri瞬間失業了，陷入生涯危機中！牠決定跟著小鳥的指示到森林裡尋找一位導師來協助牠改變現狀。
進入森林不久候牠遇到一隻名叫King的獅子，牠也剛陷入自身的信心危機中，因為森林不再聽從牠的掌控。這時King也決定加入Socri尋找導師的行列，接著走著走著，牠們又遇到蛇Konfi，一開始King認為是蛇搶走牠的地位，不願意讓Konfi加入牠們行列，最後經過一番努力，牠們三位願意暫時放下成見，一同繼續前往尋找的旅程。之
後就在遇到老鼠不久後，也終於找到導師的家，而原來導師是隻充滿無比耐心的貓頭鷹。睿智的貓頭鷹一舉一動就像學無止竟的大講堂，首先牠教牠們四位面對自己內心的軟弱、恐懼的障礙，其次才是如何一步步克服障礙的步驟。離開以後，Socri重新找到生活的意義；King學會謙遜以及信任別人；老鼠則開始懂得主宰自己的生命。(Vincent)

About the Author/作者介绍： Consol Iranzo has a degree in psychology from the University of Barcelona. He took a masters in external commerce at EAE and a Programa de Desarrollo Directivo at the IESE; he is also certified by The Coaches Training Institute (U.S.A.), by the Newfield Network (U.S.A.) and by AECOP. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (U.S.A.), AEDIPE and the Comité Evaluador para Certificación de Coaches.
She is a regular speaker at forums and human resources seminars, and works as a coaching teacher at different business schools.
She has twenty years’ experience as a human resources consultant and is currently a partner director of Karisma, a consultancy that specializes in coaching.
