Manny’s orders pit him against former rivals, but that may be the least of his troubles. Whoever killed Red Cloud isn’t going to let Manny get in his way. Curt Wendelboe is the veteran of almost 40 years of law enforcement experience. Until his recent retirement he was a Deputy Sheriff in Gillette, WY.
