About the Author/作者介绍： Jeremy Poolman was born and educated in England but spends much of his time abroad. His latest book, A Wounded Thing Must Hide, is an unconventional biography of Libbie Custer, the wife of General Custer. It is available in paperback from Bloomsbury in June 2003. His first novel, Interesting Facts about the State of Arizona, won the Commonwealth Writers’ Prize, Best First Book. Jeremy Poolman lives in Surrey.
