English Summary/英文概要： Felix’ mum sends him to a summer camp where he won’t know anyone. When he expresses his concern, she tells him that he will make a friend. Felix is intrigued: how can he make a friend? 6 days before the camp, he starts to experiment in his notebook. He draws body parts for a new buddy and he even tries to invent a recipe. Eventually, when he comes back home, he has discovered that making a friend is actually a piece of cake!

This original book is conceptualized as a notebook and collage by Felix. In a quirky manner he goes on a quest to create a friend and he lets the reader participate! In this book, you can cut out clothes and body parts for your friend and sow them together. About the Author/作者介绍： Evelien De Vlieger writes books for young and older children: picture books, informative books and novels. Her novels Staying over and Knit with me were nominated for the ‘Gouden Uil Jeugdliteratuurprijs’. Knit with me was also nominated for the ‘Gouden Lijst’.
Wendy Panders works as an illustrator and graphic designer for magazines and newspapers. In 2009 she made her debut as an illustrator of children’s literature.
