Movie adaptation
The movie Les Sept Jours du Talion has been projected in theaters in the winter of 2010. Directed by Daniel Grou (aka Podz) and scripted by Patrick Senécal, the movie’s world premiere was at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival.
About the Author/作者介绍： 派翠克.賽尼爾（Patrick Senécal）於1967年出生在德拉蒙德維爾。賽尼爾獲有蒙特利爾大學法國文學碩士學位，曾于德拉蒙德維爾大學教授文學、電影和戲劇專業。對於懸疑、幻想和恐怖小說懷有巨大的創作熱情。他的處女作5150, rue des Ormes，一本帶給讀者空前刺激的作品，出版於1994年，2009年秋季，本書由艾瑞克.特希爾執導拍成電影。2010年1月，該電影獲得Gerardmer國際幻想電影節觀眾獎。 Patrick Senécal was born in Drummondville in 1967. With a graduate degree in French Literature from the Université de Montréal, he has taught literature, film and theatre at cégep de Drummondville for several years. An enthusiast for artis-tic forms that use suspense, fantasy and horror, he published his first novel in 1994, 5150, rue des Ormes, a book of sustained emotions and tension. in fall of 2009, the book was adapted into a movie and directed by Eric Tessier and script-ed by Patrick Senécal. in January 2010, the movie won the Audience Award at Gerardmer international Fantastique Film Festival.
