About the Author/作者介绍： 德里克.塞爾曼是一名專業的精神衛生護士，之後還做過一般成人護士，後來考取了曼徹斯特理工學院護理學理學士學位和倫敦大學教育學院的碩士及博士學位。先是擁有多年的護士實踐經驗，之後於80年代後期轉做護士教育. Derek Sellman qualified as a mental health and then a general adult nurse before studying for a BSc (Hons) in Nursing Studies at Manchester Polytechnic and a Master’s Degree and PhD at the Institute of Education, University of London. He practiced as a nurse for many years before moving into nurse education in the late 1980s.
