About the Author/作者介绍： Alain Serres was born in 1956 in Biarritz, France. He was a teacher for young children for 13 years.He is now managing Editions Rue du monde, which he created in 1996. He is the author of more than 80 titles for children. He also writes poetry.
Zaü was born in 1943. He followed graphic art course at the Estienne School in Paris. Soon he published his first titles in 1967 and then also worked in advertising. He has illustrated about 70 children’s books at different publishing houses, but found a particular place at Rue du monde, where, careful about difference and the other, he could search inspiration in his numerous travels.
