About the Author/作者介绍： Born in London in 1982, a graduate of Eton College and Corpus Christi, Cambridge where he graduated with a double First in English. He worked as a teacher and journalist, writing the first person column for the Sunday Telegraph and an educational manual on University entrance. He now has a training contract with city lawyers Slaughter and May.
Ivo Stourton於1982年出生於倫敦。他以優異的成績自劍橋大學畢業，之後他身兼記者和老師兩職，為倫敦《周日電訊報》撰寫專欄，也編寫大學入學教育手冊。目前正往成為律師的路上邁進。他的前一本著作是《The Night Climbers》，本書是他的第二部作品。
