About the Author/作者介绍： Christopher Barnatt，英國諾丁漢大學商學院(Nottingham University Business School)副教授，同時也是未來學家。他是未來學會(World Future Society)會員以及探索頻道(Discovery Channel) Helium3Game.com的製作顧問，投入英國Clore領袖培訓計劃(Clore Leadership Programme)已有多年。他也是廣播節目的常客，著作包含《A Brief Guide to Cloud Computing》、《Future》三部曲等書，其中《Future》三部曲的二部曲《Challenging Reality》還拍成電視影集。

Hi, I’m Christopher Barnatt, a lecturer and futurist, and Associate Professor of Computing and Future Studies in Nottingham University Business School.

As addition to this website and ExplainingComputers.com, I’m the author of six traditional books on computing and future studies. These include A Brief Guide to Cloud Computing (Robinson, 2010) and my Future Trilogy. One of these books -- Challenging Reality -- is now also a TV series. My seventh book -- 25 Things You Need to Know About the Future will be published by Constable & Robinson in January 2012.
I appear regularly on the radio talking about the topics covered on this site. Many of my appearances have been on the Morning Show with Frances Finn on BBC Radio Nottingham. You can read more about this on my BBC Nottingham Profile Page. In 2008 and 2009 I also did nine interviews on Kerrang! Radio’s epic The Night Before with Nick Margerrison.
I also acted as a consultant to Discovery Channel in the production of Helium3Game.com. I am a member of the World Future Society, and have for many years contributed to the Clore Leadership Programme.
