Always fascinated with the supernatural, Karen Taylor first conceived of writing a vampire novel while living across the street from a cemetery in Richmond, Virginia, nearly fifteen years ago. She enjoyed participating in theatrical productions during college as a communications arts major, but now readily admits that writing is better, since you can not only write all the lines, you can play all the parts.
Residing in Maryland with her husband, two children, and the requisite number of pets (one dog and one cat), Karen is currently hard at work on the fifth novel in the Vampire Legacy series.
