Aleida March married Che in 1959 and published her account of their relationship, Evocación: mi vida el lado del Che, in 2008. In 2012, small Australian publisher Ocean Press printed a translation of the memoir by Pilar Aguilar, and in 2024 Seven Stories published a new edition in partnership with Ocean.
